Vollmond is more than just a diary. Here you can see the diversity of functions of Vollmond - diary software.

• Importing RichText (.rtf), text documents (.txt) and Word documents (.doc)
  To open Word documents, you need Microsoft Office Word 2000 or higher.
• Open encrypted documents, if the password is known
• Save the encrypted documents in the diary database
• Export your documents as RichText File (.rtf)
• Printing diary entries (including side and margin adjustment)
• Real-time backup of all entries and preview of not-stored documents at startup
• Lock program with Ctrl + Space. That's equivalent to a computer lock. To shut down the PC and exit the program is prevented.
